Our anti-spam system also records your IP address briefly in order to rate-limit repeated submissions. It is used for that purpose only and is not stored with your enquiry.

We use the information to reply to your enquiry, quote your event, confirm the booking and cook your party. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking for one.

How It Is Sent

Booking form submissions are delivered to us by email. Email is not an encrypted medium, so please do not send anything sensitive — payment card numbers, identification documents or similar — through the form.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we need them for booking records and follow-up. If you would like your enquiry deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Cookies & Analytics

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers when a page loads. Our web host also keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and diagnostics.

Third Parties

We do not share your enquiry with third parties except where it is needed to run the service, for example our email and hosting providers. We may disclose information if required to do so by law.

Photographs

Photos and video on this site are from real events we have catered. If you are in an image and would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

Children

This website is intended for adults booking catering services. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

You can ask us at any time to tell you what enquiry information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email [email protected] and we will handle it.
