How the Travel Fee Works
Travel is charged at $1 per mile from our kitchen. It is not estimated on the day and it is not added afterwards — you get the number in writing before you confirm the booking.
- Send your full address. Street, town and zip, not just the town name.
- We calculate the distance and factor in parking and access at the property.
- We confirm in writing within 24 hours, alongside the food total.
Booking a beach house or an Airbnb? Give us the rental address rather than your home address, and mention if parking is tight or the grill has to be carried through a gate.

Greater Providence
Providence, Cranston, Pawtucket, East Providence and North Providence. City yards and decks are tight but very workable — we set up on driveways and patios all the time.
Newport & the East Bay
Newport, Middletown, Portsmouth, Jamestown, Bristol and Barrington. Summer rentals and waterfront properties book up early, so give us as much notice as you can.
South County & the Shore
Narragansett, Wakefield, Westerly, Charlestown and the beach-house crowd. Perfect for week-long rentals where the group wants one big dinner together.
Kent County
Warwick, West Warwick, Coventry and East Greenwich. Big suburban yards make for some of the easiest setups we do.
Northern Rhode Island
Woonsocket, Cumberland, Lincoln, Smithfield and Burrillville. Plenty of room for larger graduation and family parties.
