How the Travel Fee Works
Travel is charged at $1 per mile from our kitchen. It is not estimated on the day and it is not added afterwards — you get the number in writing before you confirm the booking.
- Send your full address. Street, town and zip, not just the town name.
- We calculate the distance and factor in parking and access at the property.
- We confirm in writing within 24 hours, alongside the food total.
Booking a beach house or an Airbnb? Give us the rental address rather than your home address, and mention if parking is tight or the grill has to be carried through a gate.

Rhode Island
Providence, Warwick, Cranston, Newport and every town in between. City yards and decks are tight but very workable — we set up on driveways and patios all the time.
Connecticut
Hartford, New Haven and Fairfield counties. Suburban yards make for some of the easiest setups we do.
New York
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Long Island. Rooftop and courtyard setups are common — tell us about access when you enquire.
New Jersey
Bergen, Hudson and Middlesex counties. Backyard and patio parties within easy reach of the city.
Massachusetts
Boston and Cape Cod. Summer rentals and waterfront properties book up early, so give us as much notice as you can.
New Hampshire & Maine
Southern New Hampshire and southern Maine. Send the address and we will quote the travel fee the same way.
